OMNIBUS CHAPTER JOURNAL
Scroll down to see the latest edition of our campus journal. We look forward to advocating for these policy proposals (and your innovative ideas) in the near future!
As a student policy organization, we work with our members to identify issues that they care about, research the topics, develop policy ideas, and write formal proposals that argue forcefully for implementation of their ideas. Every year in the Spring semester, we publish memos, articles, photos, and other forms of policy writing from our membership and the wider campus community. Read past guidelines for submissions!
The title “Omnibus” is derived from the Washington, DC city motto, Justitia Omnibus, and means “for all.” Just as our organization’s namesakes, President Franklin D. Roosevelt and First Lady Eleanor Roosevelt, dedicated their lives to creating a more prosperous and fair society, we hope this identity will challenge future GW Roosevelt Institute members to think how local policy change can create a more fair society where all, with hard work, have the chance to succeed.
